A member of the board of directors is required to say this. When Karen sees a Black lady walking her dog, she believes it's not her neighbor and threatens to contact the authorities.

What we do know is summarized here.

Redditors and TikTok users alike have been watching a video of a white lady getting into an argument with a Black family, saying they don't reside in her area, and threatening to call the police if they didn't stop.

My White neighbor doesn't think a black woman like me can reside in her community," @ninjanashbash captioned the video on TikTok two days ago.

An apparent point of contention is over whether or not this park-like private land should be used by the Black lady and her dog for their daily stroll Apparently, Karen was debating whether or not she resided in the area with the lady who uploaded the video. Another possibility is that Karen was enforcing a regulation that no one was permitted to walk their dogs on this specific grassy patch of private land. The location of the viral video is a mystery.

Just contact the police," she said. Their guard is down and they're eager for your arrival. They're so excited to meet you... The Karen claims ownership, saying, "This is private property."

Although Karen threatens to contact the police, the video cuts off before the lady has a chance to do so, and it is not known whether or not she does so.

The lady who is recording the interaction says, "Go ahead Karen."

According to Karen, she's also a member of the HOA board of directors.

The video had fewer than 1,000 views and 43 comments after it was uploaded to TikTok. User comments on r/PublicFreakout were quick to criticize the lady making the allegations, and it quickly racked up 620 comments after that!

If they're not sure whether or not to contact the police, they'll claim they will, u/I Brain You wrote.

"All bark; no bite," a commentator jokingly observed about his dog's behavior in comparison to the screamed lady. Her dog has improved tremendously."

Another person slammed the lady for being too concerned about dog walkers in the first place.

The question is, "Why can't individuals simply focus on their own lives?" Posted by u/antoniv1. "Even if she didn't live there, she's just out for a dog walk. Homeowners' association condos are where I now reside. "I couldn't care less if a dog walker from another part of town used our complex park.

Commenters lauded @ninjanashbash's patience in dealing with the fictitious Karen on TikTok, where the video was first uploaded.

According to one reviewer, "you showed wonderful moderation.". "I'm tempted to slap her." she said. What happened next? Did she contact the police or did she just walk home and tuck her racist tail in?
